SF Bay Area

The Project Manager is responsible for driving the entitlement and pre-construction process for all assigned development in the Bay Area Region as part of a multi-disciplinary team of consultants and True Life Associates. The primary role is to take prospective projects through the feasibility and entitlement process and deliver tentative and/or final maps.

Sacramento Region

The Land Acquisition Manager will identify, evaluate, pre-qualify deal flow opportunities, underwrite candidate acquisitions, organize, and assist due diligence processes, successfully acquire land investments, and provide a high-level support to the Sacramento Land Acquisition team to assist the team in reaching their expansion goals.

Support the local office land team through evaluation and coordination of information for local office decision making processes and integration with the corporate office. The candidate will perform market research, financial, regulatory informational gathering, and timeline analysis to ensure the success of local projects. This position will be responsible for clear articulation of all cost, revenue and timing assumptions that go into a financial proforma that are used to underwrite all property transactions.

Southern California

The Project Manager is responsible for driving the entitlement and pre-construction process for all assigned development in Colorado as part of a multi-disciplinary team of consultants and True Life Associates. The primary role is to take prospective projects through the feasibility and entitlement process and deliver platted lots.

The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the CFO/COO of the company and be responsible for preparing and maintaining the critical financial modeling infrastructure of The True Life Companies. The candidate will be working closely with our internal and affiliated business teams and external partners. The candidate will serve as a business partner to ensure the respective teams’ goals and objectives are consistently aligned with Corporate's.

Austin, TX
