Help us celebrate the start of something special. Please RSVP to join this private event virtually as we kick off Mission Boulevard’s next residential community. We will stream the actual SoMi Groundbreaking, bringing the celebration right to you so you can learn more about the community and project times. Speakers include President & CEO of the Hayward Chamber of Commerce, Kim Huggett, President of Homes Built For America, Scott Menard, and Hayward Mayor, Barbara Halliday. SoMi is a collaboration between the City of Hayward and Homes Built For America.
SoMi will feature two, three, and four-bedroom floorplans from 1,100 – 1,900 square feet with open living spaces and balconies to soak up the sun and the views. The community will also include 20 affordable condominium flats. SoMi is close to restaurants, retail, and BART, onsite amenities include landscaped outdoor areas, a community park, and one for furry four-legged friends, too.
