Laura Rosenga

With over 25 years of management experience in accounting, budget and finance, Laura Rosenga is an accomplished professional serving as Controller at Homes Built For America. She maintains responsibility for project accounting, corporate accounting for the homebuilding operation, and management of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Laura conducts cash flow management, preparation of budget and financial reports, and she is responsible for improving processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and to maintain the integrity of internal controls.  Laura has held positions with a variety of construction and homebuilding firms including serving as Director of Budget & Finance with Warmington Homes, and as the Assistant Division Controller with Greystone Homes, Inc., (Lennar Homes).  In addition to the management of accounts payable, receivable and all payroll functions, she was responsible for management of job costs, assisting in audits and quarter-end and year-end closing processes, and all governmental reporting including taxes.
