Josh Whittington, a Senior Superintendent at Homes Built for America (HBFA), oversees field operations for high-density and master-planned residential developments. With nearly 20 years of construction management experience and a portfolio exceeding $3 billion in completed projects, Josh brings a strong command of all aspects of vertical construction across numerous product types. Josh’s understanding of site coordination, schedule adherence, trade-partner management, and quality assurance allows him to effectively oversee the activities of multiple projects and provide support for other field managers. Prior to joining HBFA, he held senior leadership roles at Pulte Group, where he managed large-scale communities such as Bay 37 in Alameda and Radius in Mountain View. He holds OSHA certification, is a Certified Field Trainer, and has been recognized with multiple performance awards for construction excellence. His disciplined, process-driven approach supports HBFA’s commitment to delivering well-executed, high-quality communities aligned with strategic development objectives.
