Scott is an accomplished leader in the new home industry, with responsibility at TTLC for all homebuilding operations under Homes Built For America. His resume boasts a number of past executive positions with public and private homebuilders over his 37-year career. He has held key roles with Waypoint Homes, Arbor Development Group, SummerHill Homes, Trumark Companies, Taylor Morrison Homes, Ryland Homes, and Shea Homes. Menard’s hands-on expertise envelops all aspects of the new home industry, from land acquisition, planning and construction to purchasing, sales and marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Texas.
