Seth Vaswani, Assistant Development Manager

Seth Vaswani is an Assistant Development Manager at Homes Built for America, supporting the planning and execution of residential development projects across California. His work is primarily focused on forward planning and land acquisition, with additional responsibilities in project feasibility, permitting coordination, and construction management. Seth plays an active role in evaluating development opportunities and helping advance projects from initial site selection and acquisition through construction.

Since joining HBFA, Seth has worked closely with executive leadership, project teams, consultants, contractors, and public agencies to evaluate development opportunities and coordinate the various requirements needed to move projects forward. His role involves supporting the early planning and evaluation of projects while helping ensure alignment across the development team as projects progress toward construction.

Prior to his current role, Seth worked at HBFA as an Operations Intern, where he gained experience in residential development and project coordination. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in the development process and a broader understanding of how projects progress from initial planning through execution.
