With over 20 years of experience spanning accounting administration, marketing, recruitment, and office management, Sharon Menard brings a well-rounded and solutions-oriented approach to her role at Homes Built for America. As Accounting Administrator, she manages invoice processing, subcontractor compliance, unconditional lien waivers, and OCIP program enrollment. She also ensures accurate documentation and smooth coordination between finance and field operations. Prior to joining HBFA, Sharon held marketing and administrative leadership roles at Brighton Coulson Inc., and she oversaw daily operations, scheduling, and regulatory compliance as Office Manager at the Dermatology & Laser Centre. Her earlier career includes recruitment positions at Taos Mountain and Accountants Inc., as well as advertising sales roles at The Wall Street Journal across offices in California and Texas. Sharon holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and marketing from San Jose State University. Her broad skill set and attention to detail make her invaluable to HBFA’s mission of delivering high-quality residential communities throughout Northern California.
